We know that every company has their own way of managing work flow and projects, with their own objectives and desired results. Now a days people are using different software and tools for their various purposes. Generally people use project management software to make their work flow easy and systematic.

Earlier employers were using time clocks and time sheets to determine the employees' productivity and salaries. People also used to have watchdogs for honesty of employees. But today companies don't have to go to such resources.
