Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana is pushing the envelope in healthcare. We are using social technologies to raise the awareness of the facts of healthcare reform and key programs for our customers.
Personally I think it is great to see our CEO Mike Reitz embrace this new medium. It shows real vision in an industry that hasn’t been progressive in these types technologies.
